Why: Because your students deserve it!
Please join us the first Wednesday in June to celebrate our wonderful students and teachers! You may nominate as many students as you would like (the cost is $5 per student), and the cost for the dinner for an attending teacher is $18. Once we have received your nominations and payment, an invitation and notification will be mailed to the student and their parents, inviting them to attend the Awards Ceremony. The cost for the student is to be paid by the parent ($18), and any other family member that chooses to attend is paid for my the family ($18).
You may choose to pay for your dinner and your nominating students via PayPal (choose this option at the end of the form, additional fee does apply), and you will be emailed an invoice. You can also simply mail a check to Julie Aguglia. You may fill out your form online, or print out the form and mail it in to Julie with your payment. Thank you!
